1. Acceptance of terms
By using AutoPrompt (“the platform”), you accept these Terms and conditions and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
AutoPrompt is a platform that lets you generate structured prompts for various AI platforms (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney). You can create an account, save projects, generate and save prompts, rate results, and depending on your plan use additional features (automatic scoring, public prompts).
3. Account and responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account. Do not share access credentials with third parties. The service is not intended for persons under 16.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the platform for illegal, deceptive, abusive content or content that infringes third-party rights. You may not resell, redistribute or exploit the service at scale without our consent. We reserve the right to restrict or close accounts that violate these terms.
5. Intellectual property
You own the content you create (prompts, text you enter). You grant us a limited licence to store and process it to provide the service. AutoPrompt, the brand and the platform interface remain our property.
6. Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee specific results of prompts when used in third-party platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.). We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the service, to the extent permitted by law.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Material changes will be communicated (e.g. by email or in-app notice). Continued use after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by [e.g. Romanian] law. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of [e.g. Romania].
